Updated Covid Procedure Click here for May/June 2021 Forum

We are excited to share these latest changes to our COVID-19 procedures
based on the newest CDC guidelines.

SHABBAT MORNING (in effect Shabbat, June 12)

  • Signups will no longer be required to attend Shabbat services
  • The Torah procession through the aisles will resume, though we ask that people
remain in their seats and not crowd to the edges of the aisle to kiss the Torah
  • Masks will still be required during services, but service leaders may remove
    their masks while leading
  • Proof of vaccination is still required for those eligible to receive the vaccine

OUTDOOR SERVICES & EVENTS

  • Masks are no longer required

MINYAN

  • Small meetings, classes, etc. indoors are permitted for fully vaccinated
    groups, without masks
  • We are exploring technology to allow for hybrid access to meetings
    and classes via Zoom

FOOD SERVICE

  • Outdoor food service is permitted for events and gatherings
  • The “L’chayim table” will return to Shabbat mornings after services end
  • We will be providing a mini “to-go kiddush” of challah, wine/grape juice,
and a nosh. We hope to transition to a fuller kiddush experience soon

We start morning minyan at 7:20 am when Rosh Chodesh falls on a weekday. On federal holidays & Jewish festival days/yamim tovim that fall on weekdays, morning minyan starts at 9:00 am. There is no evening minyan on federal holidays. For some weekday morning services that involve a special, longer liturgy (i.e Chol HaMoed, Yom HaAtzma’ut, etc.), morning minyan begins at 7:15 am. Please check our calendar or contact with the synagogue office to confirm minyan times.
